InfoBionic, LLC (“InfoBionic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our website (infobionic.ai) and the individuals whose information we handle in the course of our business. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard information.
1. Who We Are and What We Do
InfoBionic is a virtual cardiac telemetry company providing the MoMe® Platform — an AI-enabled remote cardiac monitoring system used by healthcare providers to deliver cardiac care to their patients. InfoBionic operates as a HIPAA Business Associate to our healthcare provider customers (the Covered Entities). We do not have a direct treatment relationship with patients.
2. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to:

- Individuals who contact us through our website, by email, or by phone
- Recipients of our marketing or business communications
This Privacy Policy does not apply to:
- Protected Health Information (PHI) we process on behalf of healthcare provider customers — that information is governed by our Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with those customers and by the customer’s own Notice of Privacy Practices.
- Personal information of our employees and contractors, which is governed by separate internal policies.
3. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly: When you contact us, request a demo, subscribe to communications, or otherwise interact with us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, employer, job title, and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically: When you visit our website, we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time and date of visit, and similar technical information through cookies and analytics tools.
SMS / Text messaging: If you opt in to receive SMS communications from us, we collect your mobile phone number and your opt-in consent. Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared with or sold to third parties, affiliates, or business partners for marketing purposes. SMS opt-in consent is not transferable to any other party.

The lawful basis for processing is your consent (for marketing communications and SMS), the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (for inquiries and demos), and our legitimate business interests (for website operation and security).
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies for site functionality, analytics, and (where applicable) marketing. Cookies may include temporary session cookies and persistent cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share SMS opt-in data with any third party for marketing purposes.
7. Protected Health Information (PHI)
PHI processed by InfoBionic on behalf of our healthcare provider customers is governed by HIPAA, HITECH, and the Business Associate Agreement with the relevant covered entity. Patients who wish to exercise rights regarding their PHI (access, amendment, accounting of disclosures, etc.) should contact their healthcare provider, who is the HIPAA-covered entity responsible for those rights.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. PHI is retained for 10 years per InfoBionic’s internal policy or as required by applicable law and customer agreements.
